E-signatures, built into your operations

Other tools make you export your data into a signature app. Konduit generates the contract from the deal, sends it for legally binding signature, and fires the next step when it’s signed — recipients always sign free.

From record to signed — four steps, zero re-typing

The signature is the last step of a workflow, not a separate product.

1. Generate from the record

The quote, contract, or work order fills itself from the deal or job that triggered it — customer, line items, totals. No copy-paste, no template juggling.

2. Send — as you, not us

Signers get an invitation from “Your Name via Konduit” with your reply address. Multiple signers route in order automatically; each is invited the moment it's their turn.

3. They verify and sign — free

Recipients open their private link, confirm a one-time code sent to their email, consent, and sign. No account, no app, no cost to them — a forwarded link can look but never sign.

4. Executed copies + automations fire

Everyone receives the signed PDF automatically, the document locks with a content fingerprint, and document-signed automations take it from there — move the deal, start the job, send the invoice.

Your name on the invitation, your inbox on the reply

Signature requests arrive as “You via Konduit” — the name your client recognizes, not an anonymous robot. Replies go to you. Reminders are automatic, signing order is enforced, and the full signing record — who verified what, when, from where — is one click away.

  • Ordered multi-signer routing with automatic turn-taking
  • Email verification (one-time code) before anyone can sign
  • Tamper-evident signing record with content fingerprint
  • Executed PDF delivered to every party automatically

Frequently asked questions

Are Konduit e-signatures legally binding?
Konduit's signing flow is built for laws like the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA: signers verify their email with a one-time code, give explicit electronic-signature consent, and every step is recorded in a tamper-evident signing record (content fingerprint, timestamps, verification events). Some document types are excluded from e-signature laws — see our Terms for details.
Do my clients need a Konduit account or a subscription to sign?
No. Recipients open a private link, verify their email with a one-time code, and sign — free, on every plan, with no account. When everyone has signed, every party automatically receives the executed PDF.
How many signature requests do I get?
The Free plan includes 5 signature requests every month — a request covers the whole document, no matter how many signers it routes through in order. Pro ($10/seat/month) and above are unlimited.
Can documents be sent for signature automatically?
Yes. Automations can generate a document from a record — a deal, a work order, a job — and send it for signature in the same rule: "proposal accepted → contract emails itself to the customer." The signed event can then trigger the next step, like moving the deal to Won.
How is this different from DocuSign or Dropbox Sign?
Standalone e-signature tools make you copy your data into every document. In Konduit the document is generated from the record that already holds the customer, the line items, and the totals — then sent for signature from the same place. You replace a separate $10–$65/month signature subscription with a feature that's included.
